PRAYERS FOR MUMBAI

CNN has just announced a series of continuing terrorist bombings in the city of Mumbai, as well as some hostage situations; details are still unconfirmed, but they are saying it's like the city is under seige. The Cloud Messenger joins the blogging community in sending out our deep heartfelt prayers to all fellow bloggers who live in the city of Mumbai, or who have loved ones and friends there. May all be well.

I had just heard this, and then found that Sylvia had also mentioned it in her blog. I believe I will as well. I'm sure they can use all the prayers that we can send them.

I've been watching the bbc news reports ~ it's very sad
and frightening for them. I wouldn't be put off travel, I traveled to Belfast many times during the troubles.

It's encouraging and inspiring to have fellow citizens of the world share in the grief of the atrocity that befell Mumbai yesterday.

Deborah, it means a lot to be able to share in the hurt, and the grief. Thank you for the prayers. It's heartening to know Mumbai is not alone in its hour of grief.
