I took these three shots yesterday – April Fool’s Day – so I thought it fitting that they have a faux sun. It’s actually a solar garden ball that glows softly for a few hours after dark, but I think it’s just as pretty with the real sun setting behind it. The wind has died down quite a bit, but with the lake level so high from melted snow and recent heavy rains, even modest waves still create spray that catches the colors of the real sunset.
