A clever image there with the use of 'sprinkler'.
Marvellous.

Sparkling!
(easy, I know...)
A perfect moment frozen in time.

This brings back childhood memories. It did seem like stars were falling when the sprinkler went on! And it was magic, like your poem.

Shiny! The verse and the photograph together conjure so many summer childhood afternoons, all long gone.

Well, guys, I still enjoy doing this! I also like to do the rainbow effect with the sprinkler. Excellent poem Deborah.

Beautiful. Well done. I won't to back.I'd like to get to this place where, I, too, can capture this kind of moment.

I love the sprinkler and the images it invokes! Beauty truly is everywhere, if you choose to look.

What a great interpretation of the prompt Deborah. Bobbie is right, beauty can be found in the simplest of things.

Deborah, you are wonderful! You poem makes me want to look at your picture enlarged. There truly are a thousand 'stars' falling.
And when those fall, a second later there will be another thousand falling, different stars. This will be lasting till you shut the sprinkler off, even at night when the sun isn't there!
This is truly an observation that you have recorded for us, in pictorial and poetic forms.
Thank you.

You have captured some of the fleeting moments of the sheer whimsy of childhood! If we are really lucky, we get to have a few glimpses of what is was like! Delightful haiku inspired by a magical photograph!

What a lovely and unusual photo that certainly looks like stars.

Really like the light shining and breaking through the background. I would have never thought of a sprinkler. The stars are right behind the sprinkler.
