Enjoyable read and photo...I have never seen a heron except in photos...this lake looks so peaceful that I can almost hear the silence of the calm water.

In answer to your comment - I remember the Stevenson poems very well. That was one of my favorites too.
Sometimes the most important words are ones unspoken; the inferences are so clear when they are not... "there".
knowledge comes in the spaces between the words.
